Proper nutrition is as important to health as exercise. When exercising, it becomes even more important to have a good diet to ensure that the body has the correct ratio of macronutrients whilst providing ample micronutrients, in order to aid the body with the recovery process following strenuous exercise.
Proper rest and recovery are also as important to health as exercise; otherwise the body exists in a permanently injured state and will not improve or adapt adequately to the exercise.It is necessary to refill the in the skeletal muscles and liver.One sports nutritionist recommends drinking an "engineered recovery beverage" or chocolate milk (which combines protein, carbohydrates, and water) within 30 minutes of exercise.Branched-chain amino acids are also recommended for exercise recovery.
Nutrition and recovery can be compromised by psychological compulsions (eating disorders such as exercise bulimia, anorexia, and other bulimias), misinformation, a lack of organization, or a lack of motivation.
Delayed onset muscle soreness can occur after any kind of exercise, particularly if the body is in an unconditioned state relative to that exercise.

Bulimia nervosa is a psychological problem involving food in which case the client/patient is having episodic
anxiety and guilt issue, which would make them binge eat and purge to alleviate stresses, fear and or just to show themselves that they got the best out of their foods, in such an example a bulimia client stores a lot of food in his/her house but the foods are totally untouched just to show his/her dominance againts food.
but still has an intact self image.
Note: most bulemic clients are always too neat and slim without the looks of a person suffering from any disorder, to know if the person is truly bulemic...consultation and check up is required
another way  of proving the person is bulemic is by monitoring food supplies in the home. sleeping patterns can also be affected. 

Anorexia is a constant fear of food and or wrong ideas about self image, they tend to look at themselves at the mirror and say that she/he is still fat even though he/she is already too thin. almost all the cases involving anorexia nervosa, women are at the greatest number of cases.
anorexic clients are always exercising after meals or purge(intentional vomiting)
Note: always monitor clients aftermeal habbits, allow ventilation of feelings towards foods), sleeping pattern maybe affected

every person is expected to have a full balanced diet.
eating different varieties of foods ergo:. cereals, fruits , vegetables, moderate amount of fats and sweets. are recommended to balance out your diet.

Vegetables: contains lots and lots of nutrients because they are basically the main source of  food for the Cow's meat, poultry, and pretty much everything ,  they also contain  high amounts of Anticancer properties plus they are usually natural and  good for digestion which again is a good property to prevent cancer.

Veggies are also good for your skin, research shows that vegetarians are less likely prone to skin anomalies, also it helps to prevent skin cancer.


Meat: most meat nowadays are not anymore natural, caused by mass production to sustain many people all over the world. most CVA victims are known  to eat large quantities of meat in a week
 but still meat is a good source of protein and iron  but i recommend people to eat only small box sized
servings.
(facts: dont you know that every time you eat meat you help produce green house gases which degenerates our biosphere and speed up Global Warming)

Fats: most people conceive  fat as a bad thing to ingest, but there are in fact a lot of types classified into GOOD and BAD

Omega 3, 6 and 9 are basically High density kind of cholesterol that helps carry Low Density cholesterol away from blood vessel walls  to be disposed.
fats are also needed to sustain homeostasis in the body regulating organ functions.
Vitamin B is an another example of a good fat based nutrient.
fats is also a life saver. like any machine our body needs fuel to keep it going but unlike any machine our body can run on empty and what exactly keeps it going without eating food for a week?
if your answer is fats then your right.  think of it in this way,  fats are unused energies stored up in our body for further emergency use.

when you're sick your body speeds up the metabolism to fight off the infection which causes heat to rise up from the body core causing Hyperthermia or Fever. and where does your body get the needed additional supplies to burn? yup from fats. (although in extreme conditions where the body haven't received any food intake and all the fats are consumed ,the body resorts to eating its own muscle tissues to keep the main core alive. some food for thought)
