- good life style consists of a lot of things regarding good maintenance of health making conscious decisions throughout the day that benefit your emotional and physical well being. When we say Healthy lifestyle, you are talking about a way of living and not just doing periodic activities such as a particular exercise or eating one healthy meal a day. A true healthy lifestyle requires making good choices in all the areas of your life.
Decisions must be made now.
you hear people having difficulty reaching their supposed healthy status, having difficulty scheduling time and dividing it to give way to a truly healthy life, people who most of their life is stuck on their jobs and no time left for their own health.
big decisions are mostly hard to do, some of my readers may even go back to where they started from and not wanting to succeed on their health status.
but nothing is really that hard when you put your heart, mind and soul into it.

- fresh air and adequate sunlight
- Regular pattern of sleep
Does it have any impact on my JOB or family?
yes it does , in fact when you start the morning right you'll feel refreshed and feel that surge of energy flowing through your veins, helping you achieve good concentration,alertness and think better even in the heap of stress. likewise in your own home, study shows that people who are doing less work outs and exercises are often times cranky and all moody, unable to see things through.
